2023 Chianti DOCG Poggioni

Chianti Poggioni is a well-structured full body wine, slightly tannic. Its bouquet is intensely vinous with crispy fruit notes – hints of cherry and prune.
Alcohol: 13.5% vol.
Color: Dark ruby red.

Area of Production: Town of Vinci, located in this area between Florence and Pisa.
Grapes: Sangiovese (90 per cent) and Canaiolo (10 per cent)
Serving Temperature: To be served at room temperature (18-20°C.).
Pairing Suggestions: Roasted game, beef and veal and pasta dishes.
