This interpretation of the Barbera is an easy to drink wine , smooth and pleasant with a good quality in concentration. “Scariot” in the dialect of the inhabitants of Tortona means a child full of vigor, keen on games and pranks.

Bouquet: Red (cherry and strawberry) and black fruits, light and fresh finish.
Area of Production: Hilly grounds (Colli Tortonese) in Piedmont, the traditional land of Barbera.

Serving Temperature: To be served at room temperature (18-19°C.).
Pairing Suggestions: Excellent with cured meats, meat-based dishes, as well as with meat sauce pasta. Excellent with creamy, sharp cheeses.
