What personal data we collect and why we collect it

The Liquor Control Board of Ontario requires your full name, address and phone number to be submitted to it so that we can process your order.

Derthona Wines uses your personal information only to process your order. We may send you information related to changes in our wine offerings.

We do not keep any other personal information in our records unless you specifically provide your consent, such as asking us to keep your credit card information in our files for future orders. 

Age Requirement

By placing an order with Derthona Wines, you are affirming that you are 18 years of age or over at the time. 


Shipping Costs

If you live in the Greater Toronto Area and order two or more cases, Derthona Wines will not charge shipping fees.

For single case orders, we charge a minimum of $10.00 depending on the delivery address.
