Cantine Lenotti’s “Colle dei Tigli” is a dry white wine, with full-bodied complex structure and fruity aroma. The aroma has hints of peach and apple, together with a delicate bouquet of flowers. An exceptionally well-balanced wine.

Alcohol: 12.5% vol.

Color: Light straw-yellow, a little green.

Grapes: Cortese (50%) and Garganega (50%).

Area of Production:  Veneto. Ancient hill (in Italian: colle) covered with lime trees (in italian: tigli). 

Serving Temperature: Best cold at 9-10°C.

Ageing: Best young. Store in a fresh, dry and dark place.

Pairing Suggestions: Perfect with hors doeuvre, light first courses, fish and poultry.

About Colle dei Tigli

“Colle dei Tigli” means Lime Tree Hills in Italian. This white IGT Veneto wine uses grapes grown on a 300 metre high hilly moraine covered with lime trees. on the eastern shores of Lake Garda. 

The wine is a 50-50 blend of Garganega and Cortese juice.  Garganega vines are traced back to the 13th century. It is a late-ripening grape that imparts a moderate acidity and delicate aroma of almond and citrus to the wine. Cortese grapes result in a wine with higher acidity and fruity undertones. 

This white grape blend produces one of the most perfectly balanced white wines to be found.  It has an intense fruity aroma with delicate hints of peach and apple. It is perfect for appetizers, light first courses first courses, fish and poultry.
